*No Call No Shows or canceling with less than a 24 hour notice will result in your account being charged 50% of the missed service price the first occurrence and the full service price all no call no shows thereafter. These charges will be billed to your saved payment information or billed to your account. If you have a prepaid package one of the prepaid services will be used. All charges will have to be paid upon your next appointment. If you no call no show on your first appointment with intentions Spa you will have to pay all cancellation fees before you will be allowed to re-book.

*Late arrival may forfeit your reservation, therefore; please aim to arrive about five minutes before scheduled time of service.

*If you are late for your scheduled appointment, time will be deducted from your service up to 10 mins. If you are 10 mins past your scheduled appointment time you are considered a no show and will have a 50% cancellation fee charged to your account and will need to reschedule your appointment.
