Ayurveda emphasizes balance in all areas of your life; therefore we will take an extensive personal and medical history, including question about daily diet, profession, exercise routines, and stress levels. This thorough intake process will help to identify symptoms and potential causes of imbalances. Then using pulse and physical observations for example body contour, facial lines and ridges, shape of the nose and tongue, we can then determine your dosha and doshic imbalances. We then will work together to form a treatment plan that best fits your needs. Some examples of suggested treatments are changes to your diet, a recommendation of an herbal supplement, a light cleanse, or meditation.
