Massage at Intentions Spa includes, but is not limited to several modalities: Deep Tissue, Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Sports, Neromuscular Release, Relaxation and Rejuvenation, Hot Stone, Reiki Healing, and Fire Cupping. 

 

Skin Care

At Intentions Spa we use Intentions skin care products.  Our private skin care line helps to maintain and improve tone, texture, appearance, and overall health of the skin, stimulating and nourishing the skin while protecting against environmental stress. Intentions products do not contain parabens or toxic ingredients, guarding against toxicity or allergens.

Body Treatments

Body treatments may help prevent wrinkles, decrease cellulite, and slow physical signs of aging, leaving your skin looking fresher and younger. Exfoliation is important to remove dead and dying skin cells to keep skin healthy.
